Travel Policy

Please read our Travel Policy below so you are aware of any additional charges that may apply to you.
JTPerceptions does not charge for venues located within 40 miles.
If the venue is located over 40 miles, (we are based out of Kernersville NC),
then there will be a $75 fee for each additional set of 20 miles.
For venues located 1 hour or more away and/or filming that begins earlier than 10:00am, there will be a $150 additional fee for hotel stay per night which covers the hotel, our time, eating expenses etc. 
It will be under the discretion of JTPerceptions to determine whether one or two nights of hotel stay will be needed depending on your final schedule of the day and your particular needs and desires for your day!

 

 

Add-ons

    (will be worked into your highlight video)
    The personal message add-on offers a unique and precious opportunity for the bride and groom to say a few personal words directed towards each other that we set aside a time to film privately while the bride and groom are getting ready. This will be added to the video for an intimate and personal touch you both will be surprised with later when watching for the first time.

  • Guests speak for video: $200
    This add-on cannot be added to any highlight video.

    It is ONLY available if you purchase either versions of our “Peace of Mind Full-length video” in which it will then be incorporated into your Peace of Mind video.
    -For the “Peace of Mind Add-On”, the “Guests Speaking Add-On” is included at no extra cost, but made available as an option.
    -For the “Peace of Mind Stand Alone” video, the “Guests Speaking Add-On” is made available as well but must be purchased separately at its value of $200.

    With this add-on, we will go around and interview as many of your guests as possible, usually during your reception, allowing them an opportunity, especially if they didn’t get a chance to during your reception, to “speak to you”. They may say whatever they would like which may include valuable marriage advice, well wishes, or as I like to call it, the “wild card” which basically means, you never know what you’re going to get!
    It is a super fun and great way to share some laughs, remember who was at your wedding, and just reminisce on your reception which often goes by far too quickly.

  • Full speeches/toasts delivered as a separate video file: $200
    (Included in our Platinum and Diamond packages and also in the Peace of Mind add-on)
    The only package that does not include the speeches is our Gold package.
    If you choose to go with the Gold package but wish you could listen to the speeches that your friends/loved ones gave at your reception for years to come, then you can purchase this add on.
    It will be delivered to you as a separate video file/link separate from your highlight video link.

  • Drone Footage (included in Platinum and Diamond, if venue and weather permits) : $150
    Aerial footage adds such a cinematic and breath-taking perspective to your day.
    Even if your venue is not a location you would initially consider “drone footage-worthy”, you will be surprised at how a shot like this, when professionally and creatively filmed, can bring to life your surroundings and add so much beauty and taste to your video. And sometimes, if time allows, we love to film not only the venue, but our couples themselves from “above”, adding yet another unique and fun addition to your video!
    Not to mention, drones are just plain awesome. So there’s that.
    Drone Footage Policy: 
    Refunds are not issued on drone footage if it was originally included in your package if certain events prevent us from filming due to venue policies or inclement weather.
    Refunds on drone footage may be issued, if you:
    1. Purchase drone footage as an add-on and the weather or other circumstances prevent us from filming.
    2. Our drone fails to operate for any reason or any other circumstances that we directly control inhibit us from being able to provide drone footage where we are at fault.

  • Engagement Video : $650

    The engagement video is a unique and special add-on and one of our personal favorites.
    Your wedding day video captures all the beautiful aesthetics of your decor and venue, the intimacy of your vows and that incredible promise to each other, but sometimes the foundation of your wedding is lost altogether.
    And that foundation is Your Story; how the two of you fell in love and why you decided to marry in the first place.


    The engagement video filming is similar to your engagement photo session, but with a fun twist. You get to tell your stories!

    Prior to your wedding day, we plan a few hours to spend filming the two of you, posing you for an interesting and creative beginning, then we sit down and “interview” you both together.
    This is when you get to spill all the juicy details about how you met, what you love about one another, or perhaps, your pet peeves about each other!
    It’s about to get reaaaaalll interesting.
    It is a fun, relaxed time that is edited into a 5-7 minute video and later delivered to you at the time of your wedding video that captures the heart of “your story”.

    So here you are. You’ve decided on your highlight video that will capture the major events of your day. But maybe you have a first looked planned, you’re writing your own vows, or have a unique and special ceremony planned, or want to re-listen to all those incredible speeches your friends and family will share at your reception making sure to never forget their words, especially years from now when you are reflecting back on your day.
    Well do not be dismayed, for we have got you covered!

    Many videographers do not offer full length videos.
    However, we feel your day is much too special for you to not to at least have the option.
    We refer to this as the “Peace of Mind” add-on because it is just that.
    It gives you full peace of mind knowing you didn’t miss a thing. You will have this time capsule of your day, beautifully and professionally edited in its entirety, to relive your day for years to come.
    It includes:
    - Highlights of the getting ready.
    -Full moments of any first looks/touches or special events leading up to the ceremony.
    -Full ceremony such as all of your vows, and all of your bridal party walking in.

    -Full moments at the reception such as the full versions of the speeches, first dances, cake cutting, and all major events of your reception.
    -Guests speaking option available at no extra cost (see add-on’s for description).

    All edited into a beautiful, creative, and timeless video.

    Music:
    In addition, since we will be showing the full moments of your ceremony and first dances etc, this allows you to have the choice for us to edit your video to our music or your original songs you chose for your wedding. So if your songs have a special meaning and place if your heart, this is a wonderful option to have.

    Add-on’s: If you wish to include other add-on’s and features from our add-on’s selection, you may purchase those separately, ultimately having the freedom to create your perfect custom video.

    Length: Your final video may run anywhere between 30-60 minutes in length depending on how long your wedding day ends up being.

    However, if you decide to not purchase a highlight package, you may purchase this full length video as a stand alone, and at its full value.

    If you prefer to savor each moment, and would like to have your entire day covered with the full moments of each part of your day carefully documented, put together in an emotional, beautiful, and creative manner, then the Peace of Mind package is for you.
    This video package is if you have chosen not to purchase a highlight video, but would rather enjoy the longer, full version of your day on its own.

    INCLUDES:

    Music: 
    Since we will be showing the full moments of your ceremony and first dances etc, you have the choice for us to edit your video to our music or your original songs you chose for your wedding. If your songs have a special meaning and place if your heart, having the choice is a wonderful option to have.
    Original Music: If you choose your original music, you will receive your video as a Google Drive downloadable link that you will need to download in order to watch. We must deliver your video via this method due to YouTube’s strict copyright laws. If we were to upload your video with well known/unlicensed songs, it would be removed from YouTube.

    Professional Licensed Music: If you choose to allow us to use licensed music in which we pay for through a program, this will allow you to easily view and share your video via YouTube that will not require you or friends/family to wait for a link to download. JTPerceptions selects from a professional wedding music source in which we pay for the ability to access high quality, unique and beautiful songs that will fit the mood and personality of your wedding day.A lot of the editing process involves hours of careful selection and filtering through songs ensuring that we find
    the perfect song selections that fits your venue and style resulting in a highly professional and remarkable video. Leave it to us to create you a video with music that has emotion, professionalism, and that tells a story; your story.
